Our help-lines are staffed by women of differing ages, races, backgrounds and sexual orientation. If you would prefer to speak to someone who you feel may have greater knowledge or experience of issues which you may want to talk about, please do tell us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

A few volunteers run the help line. Sometimes personal commitments in their lives mean that the help line is not always available at the times set out. If you leave your name and number someone will return your call at the earliest possible convenience.
